Booking Conditions

¨ A Signed Credit Card Sales Voucher will be required at check-in for any unforeseen expenses relating to damage, excess cleaning or non return of keys.

¨ Full payment is required at the time of booking

¨ Amendments to existing booking: $20.00 per amendment

Cancellation Conditions

¨ More then 21 Days prior to arrival: Booking fee of $25.00

¨ 21 – 7 days prior to arrival: One nights accommodation

¨ Within 7 days of arrival date: No refund
